The Defense Industry Training Programs, implemented by the Presidency of Defense Industries under the National Competency Initiative, are a multifaceted, online development program supported by technical and social modules prepared with the contributions of experts who shape our country's strategic vision.

The aim of the program is to train university students to become qualified human resources of the future by providing them with knowledge, awareness and competence focusing on the defense industry.

Defense Industry 101: A basic program aimed at second-year students in relevant engineering departments, aiming to introduce the general dynamics of the sector.

Defense Industry 102: A special program for second-year students studying social sciences that provides the basic competencies necessary for employment in the defense industry.

Defense Industry 401: An advanced program that provides an in-depth look at the industry and is designed for students in their 3rd and 4th year of study in related engineering departments.

Defense Industry 402: A specialization program for students in their 3rd and 4th year of study in the field of social sciences, providing a comprehensive introduction to career opportunities in the sector.
